Kjører en Dl 100 motor med en tre propell på 27 X 10
Det blir en det støy fra propell.
Er det noen anbefalinger hva jeg kan bruke for å redusere støyen og beholde ytelse på motor ?
Hvis flyet ditt er greit motorisert i forhold til vekt, vil ikke en tre-blads propell være noe problem. Bruker selv en Engel 3-blader på et 20-kilos fly. Hovrer fint på ca halv gass.
Jeg er aldri i nærheten av å få noe tipp-støy fra propellen.
Siden vi er inne på emnet; Hvilken 3 blads til en Xtreme composite edge 540/DA100?
Lite sugen på å "prøve meg frem" for mye, ettersom karbonpropeller koster en del.
En kompis av meg bruker Mejzlik 25x12S på sin DA100. Det fungerer fint.
Jeg bruker en Engel Supersilence 26x12 på min 3W 106CS. Får ca 6100-6200 rpm med denne propellen. Ville aldri hatt en annen propell
Vi har testet min propell på en DA100. Den gikk litt stillere enn Mejzlik 25x12S. DA'n dro Engelen helt fint. Målte ikke turtall, men DA'n er ikke så sterk som 3W 106CS.
2-blads 27x10 er etter min mening for lite propell for en DA100 eller 3W 106! For mye støy!

DA 150, not even 2 gallons through it yet (almost). I am running standard mufflers with a 32X10 Meizlik. What RPM's should I be at. Ran it up the day I put 5 flights on it and it was turning 5400 on the ground.

Well the Da 85 is moving right along on the 2nd gallon now and getting 6810 when landing with a 26A Vess prop.
DA-85 on KS1090 with a Mejzlik 27x10th - first tank on fresh setup is getting 6450 rpms.

My impression is the heade length for 24x8 was wrong. Throttle response sluggish. On the other end 22A throttle response ""instant"" like having a 456 gear in the back of the big block Ford
The 22A was most fun but let out a bellow that echoed 1/4 mile away thoughout the woods
I estimate perhaps a bit more than 7hp on th 22A setup with Pei Reivers calculator
