Har dere noen anbefalinger her?
"No flaps - easy decision. I have built P40s, Zeros and Texans with split flaps. During the build, it is possible to have the flaps in the up position lie perfectly flat against the upper surface of the wing. The problem with splits occurs long after the build. Over time on exposure to morning dew and Summer humidity the thin flaps will warp and never lie flat again. This can be a real problem if one flap warps and the other doesn`t. And at a wing loading of 26 oz/sqft flaps are not needed to land anyway. Topflite has two parallel streams of instructions in the manual - with flaps or without flaps. This Spitfire is being built for everyday flying, not scale competition, so onwards we go."
