Viktig!!!!
1. There are 2 different control horns for each aileron. These compensate for the varying thickness of the aileron. The horns with the holes closest to the base are for the inboard location, the horns with the holes furthest from the base are for the outboard location. Please see photo for more detail.
2. When using a single rudder servo in the tail of the fuselage, mount the pushrod on the underside of the servo arm so it will clear the elevator. I have found it easier to install the pushrod and ball link onto the servo arm before installing the arm onto the servo output spline. I have included a picture of this linkage.
3. If running the DA-120 you will need 1 inch stand offs. If using the DA-100 you will need 3/4 inch stand offs.
4. The cowl mounts using 3 bolts. 2 are inserted through the front bulkhead and into the blind nuts in the cowl ring. The 3rd screw inserts through the bottom of the cowl and into the blind nut in the plywood tab on the bottom of F1.
5. 2 inch arms for the elevators (I'm using the hole at 1.75") 1.5 inch arms for the ailerons and 2 inch arm for the rudder.
6. Change the location of the nuts on the tailwheel assembly and you will have more clearance between the aluminum fitting and the bottom of the rudder.
